need to go through your local phone book and look for very small transcription services who might employ you. The rad/mamm/pain management experience is very narrow when you consider all of the types of work there are out there. Most online national services need acute care transcriptionists with basic 4 experience and those hiring for radiology need MTs who can do basic radiology and mammograms along with MRI/CT, interventional and cardiology testing.
