grammar policing. I was merely stating my opinion on what seems to be a long standing argument. If you read the posts, people constantly comment on others use of grammar.
I was merely stating that you could be locking yourself out of an opportunity by not using correct grammar on here. I don't mean occasional slip ups, but ones that you have to read three times to understand what they say.
From experience I was lucky enough to have someone offer to mentor me from my posts on this site, and from that I was able to find my first job. I doubt I would have received that offer had I been typing poorly on this site.
I agree 100% that it would be unfair to assume anyones skills from a post, but unfortunately some people do, and I was just offering helpful information from what I have learned since I began my journey of trying to find my first job!
