It can be challenging. You have to keep at it.

Apply at every company you can. You'll probably get a lot of rejections but some will want to talk to you. You'll probably have to test for the companies who will talk to you. Just don't get discouraged.

Most importantly, don't misrepresent yourself on your resume.

I would make a plan to apply at X number of companies each day. Keep track of who you apply to and who you don't.

If you could start by working even part-time at a local hospital or clinic, that would be best. You really will need one-on-one assistance at first and working from home it is very difficult to learn the new job plus working at home without any person immediately available.

If you feel you just must work at home regardless, then you would probably find more one-on-one at a smaller company than one of the larger nationals. While they do hire newbies (at least if you've finished at certain schools), you will not have much in the way of hands-on learning. You'll be expected to pretty well learn your own way around.

When you post here, please don't draw conclusions from the apparent "tone" of a post. You cannot see someone's facial expressions or hear the inflections in their voice. They may be perfectly nice with their post and you read it incorrectly. Just read the words for what they are.

As stated previously, looking through the archives all of this information is available from other posters, too.

I hope you can find what you're looking for!!
