On the up and up I think

I had a phone interview and looked at the company's website and they are small, but look like they are on the up and up. They provide services like billing/coding, software/information mgmt and transcription to physicians.  They are a very small national company that is basing its transcription services out of my rinky dink town (maybe its cheaper to do it here lol).  The pay is hourly with incentives (and of course minimum line requirements) but the work sounds pretty specific to a certain specialty and the person with whom I spoke said I would have paid training for 1-2 mos to get a handle on it.

It really did sound like a fishy kind of ad to me but I guess I will find out more when I go in for a 2nd interview.
