you need to say you hold an Associate's Degree with a certificate in MT, plus you had 3 years of internship under Ms. So-and-So. If it seems to be a problem that you got your internship first and your training second, then don't mention dates. You must be testing well or you wouldn't get call backs so I'm not sure what is the big red flag. Can you email me your resume with a standard cover letter? I'll check it out for ya.
