Just do your best. If I were taking the test, I would go through it leaving blanks wherever I needed to. Then if I had a lot of blanks, I would take a short break, walk around a few minutes and clear my mind. Then come back to it and go through it again from the beginning. You may be able to pick up some of those blanks. Don't get frustrated, that never helps. You may be able to figure out some of those blanks if you can get enough of the report content and you know what the dictator is talking about. If at the end you wind up with a bunch of blanks, then leave them as instructed. That actually might be the test. Maybe they are looking to see that you arn't tempted to guess and fill in blanks that you can't understand with what may not be the proper words.
