Thank you for your response.  Since I did get an IC job shortly after that testing and application bout to different companies, I kept it for the experience.  But, like many newbie jobs, it doesn't pay much.  I know my skills are much better now than they were this time last year.  I just think it is time to try to move on to a  better situation.  This company does follow the AAMT BOS, so I have had lots of practice over the last year with that.


I understand what you said about the testing.  If I had known what to bone up on, I would have done so.  No company had ever told me.  Someone recently talked about that on this board.  This is what made me think there might be a style difference that may count against me as part of the problem.  I was just looking to arm myself with the best pretesting advice and information I could get before I go down that road again.
