Thanks for the response. I was under the impression that you made more with radiology because you do more reports. In my case, I am coming off of a hospital multispecialty account. Yes, the longer reports gave me more lines... but only when I had a great dictator. There were a lot of ESL doctors. A 30-minute ESL report could take me 2 hours to type, while a 30-minute great doctor could take 45 minutes. This new radiology account only has 1 or 2 ESL doctors and they are claiming we will be doing 250-400 LPH consistently. With the hospital, I could be averaging 275 LPH for the first 4 hours and then one ESL doc could bring down my average to 100 LPH by the end of the day. I'm curious as to how many lines per hour you do and what system you are using.
