You must adapt also to the physician's way of spelling words.  You must adapt to styles.  Always remember the client is always right.  Never argue with the client, and I'm not trying to be flip, just trying to give some sound advice.  Do not think you will make a lot at first, and even after you have gained years of experience, you will still be frustrated.  It never ends, so, yes, you must learn to adapt.  Dry your eyes and grow some skin.  Do not take it personally, we've all been there, that's why we're here.  Lean on your support, and buck-up champ, you've got your whole career ahead of you.  You will learn like we all have, that life throws us curves, but you just adjust your swing!
