I'd say she was wasting her $$ too.

I don't know about the MT program specifically, but my teen son took another one of the courses offered by PF and it was a waste of money.   You only have to have an 8th grade education to take the courses, which should tell you something right there.   My DS knew more already than he learned in the course, some material was incorrect, and just not a well-rounded or well-written program.  


If you had just started the program she can get out of it and get some of her money back if she paid in full, or if making payments she can get out of that.  


Wasting your money and time
I am a recruiter and Editor and I have not had anyone from PCDI who could pass the test to be hired.  I even gave one person a chance because of her circumstances and she couldn't do the most basic of reports.   I've had resumes stating "I want an all American account because I have not been trained on foreign doctors."   It's a waste of money.  They don't prepare you for anything.
