is on the second line, it will line up under the 'o' in cor so use the right arrow key to get to overload and then backspace once. Since you should not have just one # in the dxg, when you hit enter for the 2nd dxg, it should line up anyway.

you would only need a designated space IF
you were going to claim the home office deduction. That deduction can get tricky when the day comes to sell your home. Doesn't matter to me as I will quit the business before I sell my house, but if you are upwardly mobile with a husband who might get transferred, etc., would be wise to "close" your home office and not take the deduction.
Personally I don't believe you can be ergonomic with a laptop. In addititon to your laptop, you have to drag around a mouse and a foot pedal to transcribe. Seems much easier to me to get an excellent chair and set up a home office...
you really need some sort of designated work space
It is not practical to pick up and move multiple times a day. A good, comfortable chair is crucial for long periods of sitting. Will you be able to move that? I have upwards of 20 reference books (I do acute care) and cannot see moving those around on a daily basis. I think you will find that unless you can get "in the zone" you will not be productive and perhaps even be distracted as you try to work. Probably not what you want to hear, just my two cents.
