Don't give up.  At your interviews, are you presenting yourself at your best?  Have someone proofread your resume.  In this line of work, a potential employer does not want to see typos on your resume.  Once you land your first transcription job, stay with that employer at least two to three years.  That will give you the experience you need for going to the next transcription job.  Perhaps when you interview, you could make such an offer to them.  Best places to start are hospitals or mult-specialty clinics, where you can continue your learning on the job.  Once you get those first couple of years under your belt, you're set!  Best of luck to you.
