i really think if i were in your shoes, i'd look for a company that would start me with a psych account part-time and cross-train back into the medical realm. You have the basics. If you have or gather some reference books and use the computer to research things, i bet the most of it will come back to you and you'll quickly adapt to the rest. Confidence comes with little successes -- you just have to get out there and do it. good luck!!
