I personally think it would be. The beginning of the course is all the medical terms, grammar, how to set up different reports, etc... the second half is transcribing all kinds of different reports. The first part is pretty easy and went by quickly for me, it was the second half that took FOREVER! If you have done it for 16 years I bet you can get through all of it really quick.
