patience

It takes a lot of patience and determination to get through ESL dictators, but eventually, you will get better at them, and they will become easier. Everybody is slow at first, so just give it time. As a side note, I know somebody who is interested in getting into this business (I have been in for 17 years), and I want to give her great advice. How difficult is it to find a job as a newbie?
