Hubby and I are both self-employed plus I am an employee of a company. Together, we pay taxes of close to $10,000 a year in taxes to school, county, local, state, and federal. That $10,000 is all the money we have after are expenses, yet the government gets it all. Each year it is the same.

As for Bush, I'm so sorry I ever voted for him and I apologize. If I knew he was going to turn his back on the citizens of this country, I never would have given him a second thought. I have noticed that when things get really hot for him with corruption, etc., he always tries to do something to take everyone's mind off it; i.e., before it was taxes, and now it's illegal aliens. . . and who gets the tax breaks anyway???? Only the rich and the poor...never the middle class.

It's a shame that running for president calls for someone with money nowadays. It never used to be that way. Years ago, it used to be anyone could run as long as they were a citizen. Now, only the rich jerks can afford to run.

BTW, my husband wants to run for president. He said he'll clean up this country in no time.  Would ya vote for him? LOL
