Our pastor (aka my father-in-law) was also speaking about this yesterday, and we had a good talk about it at lunch. If we don't stop being "pew potatoes" and get off our butts and out into the nation and do something, no one will.
He also was talking about how soon we will not be able to freely say the name Jesus at the rate things are going and that those who are hypocritical will soon be found out, because I guarantee you if they don't truly believe in Jesus they will not claim him when they are asked at gunpoint or at the chance of being put in prison. Everyone thinks we are safe here and "that could never happen in America" but they are WRONG!
It is already happening in the UK. I need to research the exact story, but basically Islamics are trying to get the UK to pass something to limit witnessing I believe. I will look it up later unless someone already knows.
We need to drop our RELIGION and DENOMINATIONS and anything else man made and like gourdpainter said get on our faces before the Lord and beg him to stay with us.
It would take a fool to read the Bible and not realize this is the beginning of the end.

Did you read the other story on that page regarding the U.S. plans to invade Venezuela? Is the administration so stupid to think that people will actually believe that troops were sent there for R&R? Gimme a break!
It's really a shame when a socialist leader has more honesty and integrity than an American president. Given the choice, who would you believe, Bush or Chavez? Not much of a contest, is it?
