My information and source are contained in my "Here You Go" post. There's probably no site with the exact wording of the stimulus bill because I assume they're still hammering it out in committee.
But the fact is that the story about the stimulus bill containing $30 million for Nancy Pelosi's mice is a fabrication, or at the very least a gross exaggeration. The "story" did not come directly from the stimulus bill but rather from a GOP staffer's background email quoting an unnamed federal agency that said they'd spend $30 million on the San Francisco wetlands IF provisions were made in the bill for that purpose. As the bill stands now, no such provision exists.
