Well, first of all he's not going to make that happen but even if he did, that would be a few billion, so where will the rest of the money come from to pay for all his social programs which after adding MORE AND MORE GOVERNMENT to facilitate and administrate, will come to around 3.5 TRILLION dollars or more!!!!
