And I know it's because my in my spry years of learning about our great government system, it was imbedded in me *checks and balances.*
I don't see why they won't make a change in the Security Program to get the warrants and move on to the next issue. And just so it won't hamper national security progress, it could even be as long as the warrant is submitted within a week of the beginning of investigation. As long as they are not just willy nilly wire tapping people.
