Obama: "You will do my bidding!"
Brown: "Oh, I see it's almost time for tea!"
Obama: "PAY ATTENTION, YOU LIMEY! You will do my bidding!"
Brown: "Yes, master! I hear and obey!"
Obama: "Good. Now go soak the rich. And soak 'em good, too. Remember, Brown, the rich are nasty, evil, greedy and conniving. Poor people are lovely, good, wonderful, sweet, thrifty, loyal, brave (no, wait, that's the Boy Scouts). Well, anyway, what's important is that they're more numerous. You've got elections coming up!"
Brown: "Yes, master! Rich bad, poor good. I hear and obey!"
