I posted the link to everyone could read it...
I also saw the part where she was fired for using the credit cards for her own personal use. I thought others might like to see the article and read it for themselves since it is a topic for discussion today. I would say with her being fired, that demeans her credibility. I in no way intended to spread gossip, just posting the link since the story is out there.
Don't think you read the same article, THAT IS THE TITLE...see the link I posted...

When I posted the link,

You don't have to look beyond the posted link to
figure out why that might be...."the governments are more generous with benefits." Since the $28/hr wages of UAW workers jump to $73/hr when benefits are factored in, one might assume that the European citizens who those factories employ are the recipients of those government-provided benefits, which of course relieves that burden for those overseas GM divisions. Also, I fail to see how we can learn any lessons from them in terms of the AMERICAN workers we would like to see stay employed stateside.

It even gives the name of the site. You will find many more news sites about this just by searching for something along the lines of Palin+increased threats.
I posted the link for this earler. s/m
It's very obvious that there are many on this board that have no desire to hear someone brilliant with first-hand knowledge explain something they don't understand.  I personally felt the interview gave a very thorough common-sense explanation of what this administration is trying to accomplish.  They don't want to hear intelligence, they just want failure, no matter what.  So sad and pathetic, and very un-American.
I did, and found what I remembered, that's why I posted the link. nm

I posted the entire article, but I MUST be LYING! LOL! Link inside. sm

I didn't post a link, I posted a smard alek

reply that I think got deleted.......not unjustly.  It was dripping in sarcasm.  LOL  I believe the article it is on Yahoo news though, my husband said something about it.  I didn't post a link to it, probably someone else.

We can all agree to disagree.  What I would like for everyone to do is research the facts for themselves.  I've always felt like you can belive nothing you hear and only half of what you see.

I'm not against immigration and I don't think Lou Dobbs is either. I'm all for LEGAL immigration.  I even researched Mexico's immigration requirements and that ought to be an eye-opener for anyone who wants to compare immigration policies.  I am dead set against ILLEGAL immigration.  What I don't understand is what about ILLEGAL do people not underestand.  AND both Obama and McCain are in favor of giving people who have broken the law a "path to citizenship" translated means amnesty.  That didn't work too well  under Reagan and it won't work now which is one thing I have against both candidates because the path to citizenship is one thing they agree on but you don't hear either one of them talking about it.  That's an issue to  me.  No need to worry about terrorists when our borders are wide open and terrorists could stroll right on across our borders any time they so desired and neither NEITHER of these candidates have anything to say about that.  Why?  I'll tell ya, they both don't want to offend the Latino vote and I don't think they care whether the voters are legal or not.

Did you even read what you posted!
The last paragraph says it all.  Obviously some thought went into this and do you really think if he was NOT an atheist, he would not have sued by now.  There were 49,000 Google hits. I am not going to do your work for you.   At any rate, I don't care if you believe it or not. It makes no difference to me.
I don't think you will get it...Re-read the numbers I posted...nm

I posted below when I read those two items and
ALSO read comments from other readers. Other people should read them. It's a real eye opener!
I think perhaps you read a different article than the one posted by Lurker.

Re-read your post...what I meant was you posted...
you said he had breakfast with OBAMA bin Laden, not OSAMA bin Laden. Clearly you did not mean to..just pointing out that you did indeed type Obama, not Osama. Just like Teddy Kennedy said in speeches twice...Obama bin Laden instead of OSAMA bin Laden.

And what kind of proof do you have that Bush Sr. had brunch with bin Laden? Maybe a member of the bin Laden family, but certainly not Osama. Good lord. LOL.

And just as an aside...what proof is there that Bush Sr. was having brunch with ANY of the bid ladens??
Here's a link that should help those that can read

The Election Choice: McCain and Obama on the issues

http://online.wsj.com/public/page/election-choice.html

I did read the whole link and
Every nutcase leftwing comment about it trying to defend them.

The reason I posted is because it's a fact that snopes is not a credible source to get your information from. Snopes is run by a couple of leftwingers. They interject their opinion and try to debunk things that are most definitely true. One being that they would say certain things were hoaxes when in fact they were true and we know this because we'd pull up Youtube and there it was right on camera. Example: Snopes said that the email going around that the O is going to cut back veterans benefits is a hoax. The fact is it was not a hoax. I was watching a talk show and a lady in the Obama administration said it's true and that she was not happy about it, but "blah, blah, blah" (give some lame excuse as to why they were doing it). Hence...snopes outright lied about information that is true. The couple that runs snopes are not credible sources for any truth. They are a couple with an agenda and I'm sure get paid plenty for it.

That was the reason for my post - because anyone who tries to back up what they want uses the excuse "check it out on snopes first". Well snopes has been debunked on many issues. They put out false things that benefit the left wingers and demonize anyone who has a conservative or moderate point of view.

It's just very simple. Snopes is not a credible source for truth or fiction. If you want to find out the truth check multiple sources (and don't even try to pull a "Fox news thing" because I'm not suggesting anything about Fox news. I'm saying check out multiple sources. Do not just stick with one source. And certainly not snopes!!!

Good lord!!!!!
Did you even read the link you provided?
Obama is requiring community service not military service. Community service is a constructive way to spend time and energy. War is a destructive way to spend time and energy.

Obama also said that he would provide a college education to anyone who volunteers to do community service. This can only help make the United States a stronger and better nation. It sounds like a wonderful plan to me!

The following is from the link you provided:

The Obama Administration will call on Americans to serve in order to meet the nation’s challenges. President-Elect Obama will expand national service programs like AmeriCorps and Peace Corps and will create a new Classroom Corps to help teachers in underserved schools, as well as a new Health Corps, Clean Energy Corps, and Veterans Corps. Obama will call on citizens of all ages to serve America, by developing a plan to require 50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year. Obama will encourage retiring Americans to serve by improving programs available for individuals over age 55, while at the same time promoting youth programs such as Youth Build and Head Start.
You obviously failed to read the entire link.
to back up her claims. I don't need to research this further. I was a 40+ grown-up when the confirmation hearings were held and I remember them vividly, since it was one of the most blatent miscarriages of justice I have witnessed first-hand in my entire life. I was a bit more naive back then but now, of course, I understand completely how the Bushes operate and how this could have happened under their watch.
See link inside for his website - read for yourself sm
http://www.davidicke.com/index.php/

You believe there is a hidden "reptilian invasion / agenda"?? Really? and those of us who don't see it are the deluded ones?
I hope you can find that link. I'd love to read about that study.
Wouldn't poetic justice be served if it was discovered that the conservative brains lit up on the left side?
If all these taxes keep building up
only the rich are going to be able to pay them.  The regular Joe won't be able to keep up.  This is what p!sses me off and yet Obama said he was all about the middle class.  He wasn't going to make the rich richer.  He was going to help the middle class.  Yeah yeah......liar liar pants on fire.
I am, however, for building that wall...
Along the Mason-Dixon Line!!
Elvis may have left the building.....

But it is real hard to forget the damage he and his administration did (which will be ongoing for a REALLY long time) and I will make it my goal to make sure NO ONE forgets. History tends to repeat itself and I intend to do my best to inform so we don't elect another one like him. I am hoping the investigations into the activities of his administration do find resolution so his name will evoke revulsion in all who hear it. Burn 'em at the stake!

Thirty Dead in One Apartment Building

Thirty Dead in One Apartment Building

Tuesday, August 30, 2005
BILOXI, Miss. — Joy Schovest swam for her life, fighting Hurricane Katrina's (search) storm surge and its angry winds, brushing aside debris and floating cars to reach higher ground.

Behind her, at least 30 of her neighbors in the Quiet Water Beach (search) apartments were dying, trapped in their crumbling two-story building as it was swept away with much of this Mississippi coast community Monday.

We grabbed a lady and pulled her out the window and then we swam with the current, said Schovest, 55, breaking into tears. It was terrifying. You should have seen the cars floating around us. We had to push them away when we were trying to swim.

The tragedy at the apartment building represented the biggest known cluster of deaths caused by Katrina. Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour (search) said the death toll in the county where Biloxi is located could be as high as 80.

The only remaining evidence of the Quiet Water Beach apartments was a concrete slab surrounded by a heap of red bricks that were once the building's walls. A crushed red toy wagon, jewelry, clothing and twisted boards were mixed in with the debris. The four-lane road that separated the building from the beachfront was buckled and covered with rubble.

This is all that's left of my house, said nearby resident Jack Crochet, 56, shaking his head and looking at the rubble. It's never going to be the same. It's over.

The storm also inflicted a punishing blow to Biloxi's waterfront casinos, down the beach from the apartment building. The Grand Casino gambling barge and a second casino broke away from their moorings, ending up in a ditch now filled with water and slot machines.

Basically, it's a total loss, and that's in excess of $100 million to replace what was lost here, Bernie Burkholder, president and chief executive of Treasure Bay Casino in Biloxi, said as he walked around the casino property.

People examined the slot machines to see if they still contained coins, and looting broke out in other areas of Biloxi.

People are just casually walking in and filling up garbage bags and walking off like they're Santa Claus, said Marty Desei, owner of a Super 8 motel in Biloxi. I haven't seen anything like this in my whole life.

The lucky ones in the Quiet Water Beach apartment building and other vulnerable areas of Biloxi described a scene of pandemonium as they fled the rising water. When asked why they ignored evacuation orders, some said they did not think the storm would be that bad; others would not give a reason.

Apartment tenant Landon Williams, a 19-year-old construction worker, said he and his grandmother and uncle ran from the crumbling building as the storm hit. As they later swam through the swirling water and debris, we watched the apartments disintegrate. You could hear the big pieces of wood cracking and breaking apart.

He said the winds flung two-by-fours and drywall.

I lost everything. We can't even find my car, he said. I'm looking through this wreckage to see if I can find anything that's mine. If not, I'm moving on. I think I'll move on to North Carolina and do some work over there. I can't take it here anymore — not after this.

Williams said six of his neighbors in the building who remained behind also survived. As the second story collapsed, they climbed onto the roof and part of it floated away and they floated to a house that made it, he said.

Paul Merritt, 30, surveyed the damage in Biloxi with his 18-year-old wife and their 3-month-old son, Brandon. He said the water rose to the second story of his townhouse, which is less than a block off the beach.

I've never seen destruction of this magnitude, Merritt said. You see this stuff on TV and you hope that it never happens to you. Everything's gone.

Ida Punzo rode out the storm with a friend and two neighbors in her 130-year-old home on the beachfront in Biloxi. The first two floors of the old house were almost completely gone, but she survived.

It was a miracle, Punzo said. This place is held together with God's spit. We're not supposed to be alive.

He has all the building blocks of socialism in place...
the government is owning more and more shares in banking, car manufacturing...and as far as controlling the media, the majority of them are in his hip pocket anyway. Mesmerized with tingling legs. He doesn't have to exert control over them. They are happy to oblige. The mainstream media was all OVER the Bush administration to disclose who visited the white house, and you don't hear a PEEP out of anyone but Fox News when Obama does the EXACT same thing. And so many people STILL can't see the emperor has no clothes...LOL. Just pitiful it is. Socialized health care is on the way, and after he kicks in the taxes that he will have to so that the government doesn't go bankrupt he will have us all by the short hairs. I bet he sits in the oval office and laughs his tailend off about how EASY it was to fool so many....and boy did he. Hook, line and sinker!
Building of New Trade Center Starts (see article)
Without Fanfare, Building of New Trade Center Starts

By DAVID W. DUNLAP

Published: November 4, 2005

When are they ever going to start building the new World Trade Center?

Yesterday.

Thirty-nine years after the first concrete was poured into the first trench for the first telephone vault for the first trade center, carpenters built a 168-foot-long wooden trough in a gentle S curve through the south tower footprint at ground zero. From this sinuous sprout, Santiago Calatrava's PATH terminal and transportation hub will emerge.

Carpenters prepared a wooden trough at the World Trade Center site Thursday.

Don't laugh; it's a milestone day, said Charles A. Gargano, vice chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which owns the trade center site and is building the $2.21 billion terminal over the next four years.

Until now, milestones at ground zero have tended to be ceremonial.

There was not a hint of ceremony yesterday. Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, were nowhere to be seen in the 70-foot-deep pit. The Freedom Tower cornerstone of July 4, 2004, sat hidden under a blue plywood box.

But anyone looking out from a PATH train screeching around the corner into the temporary World Trade Center station would have seen a crew from the Beaver Concrete Construction Company of Brooklyn.

They're finally doing something with this big hole, said Anthony Martelli, one of the workers, standing inside the newly completed trough. It's about time.

It was Mr. Martelli's first day back at ground zero since early 2002, after a six-month tour cleaning up debris and pulling out pieces of steel. Yesterday, he was building again - he and Paul Klein and Frank De Guida and Robert Manella and Tonino Sacino.

Starting at 7 a.m., they built a trough 18 inches high and 6 feet 3 inches wide out of thick wood planks. Cagelike frames of steel reinforcing bars, or rebar, will be set into the trough beginning today. Then concrete will be poured over the rebar.

That will form the footing of a seven-foot-high concrete retaining wall. The wall will hold about four feet of fill, on top of which ballast will be laid for a temporary PATH track, No. 6, alongside the future Platform D, the fourth and westernmost platform.

Currently, there are five tracks among three platforms, two of which occupy a corner of the south tower footprint, as they did in the original station. Platform D would take up more space in the south footprint and a tiny bit of the north footprint.

Once Platform D and Track No. 6 are usable, in early 2007, other tracks can be taken out of service temporarily to allow construction of the permanent terminal while commuters are traveling through the tubes to and from New Jersey.

The construction manager is a joint venture of Parsons Brinckerhoff, which counts the first New York City subway line among its earliest achievements, and the URS Corporation. A general contractor is to be chosen in the next few months.

Icanda was the contractor in 1966 when the first concrete was poured, at West and Cortlandt Streets. John M. Kyle, the chief engineer of the Port Authority, threw in a silver dollar, a 100-lire coin from Italy, a 5-franc coin from France and a British penny.

Asked about the absence of fanfare yesterday, Anthony R. Coscia, the chairman of the Port Authority, said: I think people have become so jaded by the inordinate amount of ceremonies that have occurred at that site - disproportionate to what's actually happened - that I didn't want to add to that. This is about actually building.

There is a potential snag, however. A lawsuit filed last month by the Coalition of 9/11 Families seeks to halt the project on the ground that it violates a federal law requiring that historic sites not be used for transportation projects unless there are no feasible or prudent alternatives.

Anthony Gardner, one of the plaintiffs, whose brother was killed on 9/11, said the authority had never justified the need for Platform D.

Our focus has always been to ensure the maximum preservation and access to the remains of the footprints for the American people and future visitors to the site, Mr. Gardner said yesterday.

The Port Authority and the Federal Transit Administration have yet to answer the complaint, he said. A spokesman for the authority said it would not discuss pending litigation.

But Steven Plate, deputy director of the priority capital programs department, did talk about the authority's sense of stewardship as he inspected the site, pointing out that the tower footprints had been covered by polyethylene liners and 12 inches of stone fill to protect them during construction. We're very committed, personally and professionally, to preserving the site, he said. Eighty-four of our own perished here.

I don't want to sound melodramatic, but there is no monopoly on caring for the site. This is the Port Authority's home.

sorry - the man is not a pollworker - is a poll watcher and lives in the building - nm

I have lived through this,

3 times. First the communists were coming to get us. We had to fight communism everywhere because they were going to take us all and make us reds. They could be here at any time. I remember safe shelter signs on buildings and personal bomb shelters and dictators claiming they would kill all our grandchildren. Nothing much happened. The second was Vietnam. Same thing, different year. We had to protect the world from communism again. We needed to fight them over there instead of over here. They were going to be on the beaches of California in a New York minute if we did not see this thing through. We got the same deal in 73 that we had on the table in 69 but because of arrogance, hubris, fear of the word failure, about 28,000 more soldiers died during that 4-year stint. We did not get anything more for the time, they died and nothing happened. Now its the terrorists. They can have a nuclear weapon here in 45 minutes. Saddam was in on 9/11. Blah, blah, blah. Conservatives have condemned this. I would hardly call Baker a liberal. Generals, people who actually know something about the geopolitics of the area, real Arab people, scholars, think its over and a done deal. I am not alone in this and you cannot blame the liberals for it either. The decider-in-chief apparently does not listen to anyone, especially not those of us on the left. I have been surprised he does not listen to those on his side. I still believe it was a mistake from the get go and I think we should leave yesterday.

About the crusades. Perhaps because you were not raised Catholic (assumption) you do not know how the crusades have been USED  to justify, rationalize or discredit Catholics and those very same crusaders, fact or no. The crusades have been USED as a great Catholic basher for years. We heard it a lot then, still do.

I really don't know why you come to the liberal board and say the things you do. My head is not in the sand. I know all the facts you do about the **islamofacists** (one of the silliest words I think I have ever heard). I see things differently and your belittling me will not change anything ever.

Obama has lived an

exlemplary moral life.  Only dirt anyone can sling is about other people whose paths he has crossed. Whoopie.  John McCain an old, worn out horn dog who wants to be seen as a happily married church goer.

I have lived in different places and I have never...
experienced that kind of wait times. But I suppose there are all sorts of different experiences. What I do know is that research, great medical schools, etc., become nonexistent. We train most of the world's doctors here now. That will change under socialized medicine. Quality of care will go down. And if you don't pay for it in a premium you will pay for it in taxes. Obama cannot tax the "rich" enough to pay for it all. It is just not possible. And if he keeps taxing them, more jobs are going overseas, more businesses going overseas...if health care is so great other places, why do people come HERE for the "best" care? Oh well...there is no use beating my head against a brick wall. You will not know what I am talking about until you are in it...unfortunately for all of us...it will then be too late.
Sorry about Scottsdale, I have lived
and sorry if I offended you.  My family still live in Scottsdale and Cave Creek. My dad lives in Troon North.  We used to live at 64th and Thunderbird Road and the last 12 years lived near Desert Ridge/Mayo Hospital.  Thank goodness we moved away.  We had enough of the change, heat, and the people.  Compared to where we live now, it is sooo much more nicer here and people much more friendly and courteous.  Tired of  trying to keep up with the Jones in Arizona.  I liked Arizona 20 years ago, but now you can have it.
Sorry, I lived there for 28 years.
call it Snotsdale.  Out of habit.  By the way, you know the Kierland Commons where the Cheesecake Factory is?  Scottsdale Road and Greenway Road.  There is the hotel there, homes, and golf course.  Well that is where the Scottsdale Dump used to be.  Years ago, it was a desert and no one at Horizon High School would dare drive in that desert area or party out in the desert because of fear of toxic waste and now they built expensive homes, apartments, restaurants, shops and a golf course on the old Scottsdale Dump.
You must have lived in Atlanta in the 30s
because I live inside the perimeter and never, ever have I seen such as you talk about. Back when MLK was killed, waited in line like everyone else- no one got out of line to let me go first. Why do you tell such things when it is not true at all. The people here live and work alongside each other and thank goodness we have really been spared much of what has gone on in years past in other towns. Remember our motto- the city too busy to hate?
Actually, I lived in Augusta
But visiting Atlanta in 2006 and witnessed this.
His father lived with him...
And he felt different feelings than just wanting a male friend.  He struggled with it from age 8 to 16 and finally came out.  He is 19 years old and openly gay now and was a VIRGIN by the way the last I heard, yep he has relationships with guys with no "sodomizing" involved, amazing huh, that it can be about something other than sex.  God forbid it just be that he actually has FEELINGS for the same sex.
Yes I do believe someone lived 800 years
Humans were not intended to die. Don't you get that? When God created Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, they were not meant to die. Sin is the reason we die. Sin corrupted the earth, and the people in it. That is where we get disease, famine, sickness, etc etc.

I don't have time to find the verses right now but either further in Genesis or one of the other first few books it talks about God shortening the life span because humans became corrupted and evil.

Evolution is just a theory. It has NEVER been proven.

You find it more reasonable to believe that we came from muck and a lightening bolt rather than that our Almighty God created us?

Do me a favor. Find an object in your house and smash it to a million pieces. Your remote for example. Now put it in a bag and shake it for a few minutes. Dump it out. Do you have a remote? No. You still have a bunch of junk. That's because someone had to CREATE that remote.

Evolution tells us that a bunch of rocks bounced around together, something exploded, and BAM there was life! Have you ever seen an explosion CREATE something?

And it does seem that all you want to do is prove that Christianity is a lie, since you would not discuss any further after someone gave you a reasonable answer:

"No, I will not discuss it further, not on this board and not on the Faith board.
The discussion stops right here."

So obviously you weren't concerned about having a conversation, you just wanted to state your opinions without any reasonable discussion.

Also, if we evolved from evolution, how did the first creature reproduce?
When I lived in town
I lived across the street from the girl scout leader that I mentioned. Do you think I was inconvenienced by the amount of vehicles there EVERY WEEK? You bet. Did the police come by and stop the little girls from meeting? No. And they never will, because no one feels threatened by the girl scouts.

I can't believe you are so vehemently denying what this is. You know dang well that if it was any other "not-for-profit" group, they would be left alone. For now.

You are saying along the same lines that if your daughter wanted to have a study group every week at her home with fifteen of her friends that you would go out and get a license for her to do so?

Have you ever lived in police state?

Because if you had you'd definitely be able to see the VAST difference between a police state and the American state.

Also, your one-world government theory about the Bush's doesn't sync with your view that Bush is alienating the rest of the world, but I guess you think because Bush wants democracy for the world he somehow is planning to take over the world.

Wow, you are very steeped in conspiracy theory I'll give you that.

I actually saw a leprechaun when I lived in Ireland.
I was on the moors about 10 kilometres from Kilkenny, and there he was, at the opening of a burrow next to a large stone. He was only there for a wee bit of time, and then he vanished into the bracken.
I lived in Israel for many years
and what has happened has more to do with the upcoming election in Israel than with the US. Check it out.
His Indonesian father adopted him who lived ONLY
nm
You lived in a town of 5000 people
know who you dated? Or did you just think they didn't know? LOL
My hand's up. I've lived in Palestine.
Not Israel, Palestine. I first arrived in the region September 29, 1982 in Madaya, a village near the border of Syria and Lebanon. You may recall that was 16 days after the Sabra and Shatila Massacre. My husband was involved in the humanitarian aid efforts there.

In case you do not recall, let me remind you. In accordance with an internationally brokered peace deal, Palestinians had surrendered their weapons and were deported from Beirut, leaving their families under the protection of a peace keeping force. The Israeli army invaded Beirut, violating the peace treaty, and some 3000 defenseless Palestinian women and children were rounded up in the refugee camps of Sabra and Shatila and were systematically murdered in cold blood. Israel killed more than 30,000 civilians in Beirut in the 1982 invasion and a half million people were driven from their homes.

Tens of thousands of them landed in Madaya. I was there with my husband for 19 months and watched as they administered the programs to relocate those refugees. During that time, we traveled to Nablus, Ramallah and Rafah and spent about 3 months in each place.

So, no, this is not about being PC. Bleeding heart? YOU BET. FYI, I still lose sleep over what I saw there.
You must be very proud to have roots in the land where the rivers run red with the blood of Palestine.
Dubai is lovely. I lived there. I have no idea what you are talking about! sm
When were you there?   It had to have been a long long time ago because you are not describing the Dubai I know!
My apology,..didn't realize you lived in Sweden...nm
nm
Then Again, how many would have lived and suffered atrocities if Hitler's mom had had an abortion
I am not trying to be flip or funny here, because it is not, but I do not think we can use that particular logic...just say that ALL life is precious, whether a baby grows up to be Einstein, Ghandi, or Charles Manson, it either must ALL be in God's hands because He is Creator of All, or there is no logic. Just wonder how everyone feels about the ultimate sanctity of life when it comes to capital punishment....

Don't get me wrong, I amy be a Democrate, but I am moderate and I DO believe, in instances such as the rape/murder/brulity of children, serial killers, etc, that putting a monster like this to sleep, as you would a rabid animal who will kill and destroy otherwise, is the best thing we can do for our sick society, not perfectly okay, but the best that can be done to protect others. But whenever I see this particular reason NOT to abort, it makes it sound as though if a child were retarded or slow, or even a sociopath (not a psychopath), it would be okay, PLAYING GOD IS PLAYING GOD in either case. IMHO
Adam lived ,after he produced Seth , for 800 years? What's that supposed to mean?
I am not bashing ANYBODY and ANYTHING, I just only expect the Bible to say the TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH and not being a FAIRY TALE.

Isn't it all about creation theory versus evolution theory?
The evolution theory explains in a very believable way all of God's miracles as natural happenings.

Even your answer to my question: 'Whom did Cain marry and produce children with?' takes the explanation and defence from the evolution theory, I quote your explanation:

..' and yes. Cain married and reproduced with one of his sisters. At that time, incest would not have been an issue, as DNA and blood was pure, and the risk of disease and complications or birth defects was zero.'

This is the justification by the evolution theory. What about the creation theory? Brother sleeping with sister?

I want to emphasize that it was YOU who started with the bashing in this your post:

'But it sounds to me like you are just one of those that just wants to bash, with no real search for the truth at all, so thanks for not wasting anymore of my time.
And yeah, Christians can be snippy too, sometimes.'

(BTW, I filled in some commas).

I cannot believe this. It seems that YOU are the intolerant one.
You also believe that somebody can live 8OO years?!?

I am Roman Catholic and I believe in God.
