If he is half black and half white, why is he promoting his black side? Because if he went with his white side all the blacks would be against him?
Not trying to start an argument, but why if he is half and half he sides with one side?
Also I think that he is a bit racist himself. I mean he pretty much threw his grandma under the bridge. I don't care what you say, but I imagine that hurt her feelings (if she is still alive, I'm not sure?).
It just concerns me that a lot of people are voting for him strictly because he IS black. And I'm not being racist. I went to a high school where our class president was a black transvestite so i'm definitely an open person. But now where I live (south georgia) I hear black people in my town basically saying they don't care what he says they are voting for him because "its time the black man is in control" to me that is just as racist as someone saying "don't vote for him, we don't need a black man in the white house"
You know back before tv's and all that a lot of people never even saw the candidate they voted for. And camera's weren't up their butts 24/7. Maybe we should go back to that. The candidates remain anonymous, with only their views and campaign points sent out. That way all we have to look at are FACTS!
Personally I think Bob Barr would do well, but because we pretty much only get two choices, I'll be voting for Mccain and Palin since Obama and I don't see eye to eye on issues.
BTW i'm 21, CAUCASIAN (if you want to be politically correct!) and I live in South GA. I'm originally from Orlando, FL.
