last May. He's just hanging on by a thread. He and his wife are getting a divorce now partly because of it (she's money hungry) and there are no jobs in this area for him.


He tried to get into a retraining program but he doesn't qualify. Why? Don't ask me. Can't understand it.

Description



The United States Agency for International Development is seeking applications for an Assistance Agreement from qualified sources to design and implement a social and economic stabilization program impacting ten Strategic Cities, identified by the United States Government as critical to the defeat of the Insurgency in Iraq. The number of Strategic Cities may expand or contract over time. USAID plans to provide approximately $1,020,000,000 over two years to meet the objectives of the Program. An additional option year may be considered amounting to $300 million at the discretion of USAID. Funds are not yet available for this program.

Yeah, I really see the unemployed folks in my area clamoring for those meat- sm
packing and farm labor jobs....NOT. Look, let's pick our battles over illegals. I live in a rural area where primarily Mexican immigrants slave in the asparagus, hops, grape and onion fields from dawn to dusk, bent over and doing back-breaking work. You couldn't get the lazy American folks to come take those jobs in million years.
