Check any credible health site and you will find that ectopics can not make it full term. A fetus can only grow to full term in the uterus. If it grows in a fallopian tube or abdomen, it can burst the cavity and severely endanger the mothers health. Every report I type where the patient has an ectopic pregnancy, the patient is scheduled for followup or surgery to have the fetus removed.
