Well it sounds like people think its okay to go after Michelle because she is the closest thing. If that's the case then we should be able to go after Chelsea because she is the closest thing to Hillary and campaigning for her. So guess its okay to go after Michelle but not Hillary, and its okay to go after Obama but not Bill? There are two candidates Obama and Hillary (well actually there are three Obama, Hillary & Bill). But Obama and Hillary are the only two that people should go after. It is their policies that will affect our lives. And for pete's sake go after them for something they have voted for or done in their career that will affect their job as president. Not something Michelle said or Obama said or Bill or Hillary have said. Every one of them has said something stupid and if you start going after one you should be prepared that things will come out against the candidate you support. Nobody is perfect. I for one would love to hear a debate or news story about what the cadidate is going to do to help the economy, to stop (or keep going) the war, the environment or anything in that line. Not what someone spouse says, or that someone isn't wearing a flag pin, or someone uses the wrong terms like "clinging to religon" or "someone could be assassinated". These are all poor choices of words and everyone makes mistakes. Stick to the issues and talk about the candidates, and the only thing I was saying was that while one candidate is trying to tear down the other with he said this or he said that or his wife said this or that, she says stupid things taken out of context and Bill's out there saying everyone's picking on her. But Hillary was the one making a big deal saying "if you can't take the heat....and I'm comfortable in the kitchen... So Bill needs to just go away. Again, Michelle is not running for President, Hillary is. If Bill said something that people were going after him for I would find it perfectly acceptable for Hillary to say, leave Bill alone, he is not running for President. I am and if you want to attack me or something I say that's fine, but leave him alone.
