China isn't alone but where we're concerned, we are so indebted to them to the tune of trillions, we kiss their butts. That is why we buy all their junk and they buy nothing from us. Fair trade indeed!! When I was a little girl, my great aunts used to always say keep us out of the United Nations and told us not to buy products made in coummunist countries. Now, some may have laughed and scoffed at that, especially those greedy money hungry who would benefit from opening businesses in other countries and pulling the jobs out from under US workers, but look where it has us now. We are not a soverign country; we are a country indebted to a communist country, who is now pulling all the strings. We are China's little puppet and have been for a long time. And I'm sure the Japanese have their hands in the mix just about as much.
Our greedy government leaders who encouraged free trade, open borders, the whole crapola, should be so proud of themselves. Greedy businesses who for the sake of a few more dollars would sell their souls to the devil and move their businesses offshore because they have absolutely no allegiance to the country in which they grew up. Shame is not in their vocabulary because if they did, they would be holding their heads in shame today.
