As usual, you answered and fairly; don't agree with all of course, but nonetheless, you ventured on here with facts as you know and believe them. No one else from your side of the fence does that (on a regular basis anyway, and hardly ever without a snide remark).

You are right about the Libby thing, it is so tangled up, **oh what a web we weave.....** and a whole lotta people been lyin. I do think Libby is the fall guy, the jury felt that way as well and this after hearing all the facts. Listening to juror #10, and the one man who got some air time, I got the impression all the jurors were extremely diligent and taking this as serious business, not just some tripe dreamed up by someone to kill time or get back at the WH about George Tenet or the FBI. Knowing that, Scooter's own attorney said he was taking the fall for Rove. The male juror said he felt that way as well. I think they (the jurors) believe this is more than beltway infighting and I think they are completely credible. I tend to think it goes a little higher up than Rove but who knows. I know Wilson and his wife are filing a civil suit, mainly to get Rove and Cheney and Armitage on the stand. If this is pursued, I believe they all 3 will invoke the fifth (as is their constitutional right - this is one of those rights I don't particularly care for, the self-incrimination option, but I support it completely), can't be a card-carrying member of the ACLU and not support the constitution ya know. I also wonder if Libby actually goes to jail if he will start naming names. Loyalty is one thing, but 25 to 30 years is another and I absolutely do not believe he, on his own, decided to leak anything to anyone. There are others involved.

In order to get a pardon, as I understand it, one has to admit guilt. Clinton did admit guilt; Scooter has not admitted any guilt, so how can he be pardoned. Someone said Caspar Weinberger did not admit guilt and he was pardoned but I don't remember much about that, would have to research it.

Thanks again for responding on in a **fair and balanced way.**
