...it's kind of disconcerting to be forced to fight for "freedom" right here at home while hearing about the "democracy" we are "spreading" overseas. Can we get it right here first please, before we insist on exporting it to nations who didn't ask for it in the first place?
I don't really think it's "democracy" our leaders are intending to spread, though. I think they want control of energy resources and control of civilian populations (Google PNAC) including us, and they appear to be ready to launch an all-out attack using any nefarious and low-down means to get it.
