I mean, what industry do we bail out next? I think that the car companies will not completely go under. As a matter of fact, Ford cut back truck production because of high gas prices and now do not have enough trucks to meet demand. Somewhere, there needs to be some responsibility in production. We simply cannot bail out every industry and when do we stop trying? I don't think that it is the government's job to hold up enterprise. Clearly, this is something that we disagree upon, but if we are heading for a depression, do you all really think that these bailouts will stop it, or just leave a bigger mess for our children to clean up?
