First, as I said before, I am not stopping anyone from their beliefs. Hello, I am just trying to state mine. Second, I believe in Jesus. Not that I dont believe in the OT but as it says in the Bible, when Jesus came we fell under new law. I follow the NT and also, most of those "rules" and traditions that you speak of in the OT were for the Jewish people, not the gentiles. I do not follow Jewish custom because I am not Jewish. Its all in history, if you study your Bible, you will know that.
