It is for a patient with knee pain and pleural effusion. I put a (?) for the words I am not sure of. Sentence is: "She was found to have medial subluxation of her left knee with lactrus(???LOOSE???) body in her suprapatellar pouch on her x-ray and repeat MRI done to her left knee showed large joint effusion, high signal(YES) on lateral patellar facet(YES?) and a medial pararetinacama(?PARAPATELLAR RETINACULUM????) suggestive of reduction of her subluxation."
