    Does anyone know what this refers to? Is it MM or MN?

    She does not have what appears to be a s/l “Shirk stroff” phenotype despite the infiltrates. I suspect what is most likely that she had a mycoplasma pneumonia that then triggered a reasonably severe flare of her prior asthma.
