Subject: Ah Ha!

At first I read it and thought to myself "Yes, I know that" but it got me thinking. If I were talking about a fracture through the upper and lower whatever I wouldn't say upper and lower whatevers, so the same would be true of the large and small bowel, etc. I can wrap my brain around that reasoning!
