I'm actually an Auditor for the QA. So, by the time it gets to me, it SHOULD be perfect... but I'm still filling in A LOT of blanks and correcting grammar... that's why I can get confused a lot. I'm hearing one thing and reading another and neither one makes sense to me! haha It's pretty sad.
