Subject: ca19 19 was 58 (s/l "withalca") HELP!

Doctor is saying "ca19 19 was 58 'withalca'". By researching, my guess is that he might be MEANING ca19 9, a cancer screaning test, because he also ran a CSA, PSA, and alpha-fetoprotein for this man. but I can't make out what he is saying after 58, it sounds like "withalca". I was able to make out most of his mumbling, but not that. Also, do you think he is really meaning ca19 9, or ca19 19, I'm not finding anything with 19 19! Thank you
