bow (as in bend at the waist) or bow (as in bow tie)? If it's the latter, could he be saying "low" phosphorus was 1.7 (normal serum phosphate levels values being 2.5 to 4.5). How about a diagnosis?

Nursing home patient.  Diagnoses include pathologic left hip fracture, osteoporosis, Altzheimer's, NID diatetes, UTI, sacral decubitus and hyponatremia, dehydration and anemia or blood loss which he did not mention but she received 2 units of blood.  She got Levaquin for the UTI while in the hospital.  This enactoperon was not a discharge medication.

there is 'Agrocide' but it's used as a topical scabicide (lindane) not a "dressing"...

Not sure if this is all one diagnosis or more. Any ideas. The only thing that I think makes it sound to be one is because he doesn't mention which knee for any of the others. If it is one how would you punctuate. Sorry for so many questions but I am confused..tia.
