And also...When I do need to go to a second page for my document, and I do all of the above the remove the header and footer from the second page. If I now am able to save space no page 1 and subsequently do not need a page 2, if I delete the text on page 2, when I now look at my one page document, both the header and footer are gone! (Whereas, if I keep it as a 2-page document, the header and footer correctly show on page 1 and not on page 2).
