This is a lady with a variant (danler or andler) (alose or avose) who we see for chronic pyelo.  She has been on Augmentin suppression much longer than we would like to have had that done.......

What am I missing here?  This is in relation to an arm and knee.  It sounds like open reduction entrophic station but that does not make sense.  Normally it is ORIF.  So I am assuming I am mis-heaing internal fixation not entrophic station?

I've done orthopedic examinations where "symmetrical with no swelling" was used.  I know that doesn't sound like "farming," but a lot of doctors don't speak clearly and if you listen to it again with "swelling" in mind, see if it could possibly be swelling.
