Okay - maybe this is a stupid question, but dorsiflexion is a word - I looked it up in Dorland's (but I have an older version).   But, plantarflexion seems not to be a word;  I thought it was - modeling it after dorsiflexion.  So, is plantarflexion a real word or is it just plantar flexion?
