Subject: E to A changes

Hi;
E to A changes is the correct way to spell this out. It is not a ratio between E and A. Rather they are sounds heard in the lungs when a patient is asked to say the letter E and it sounds differently in the lungs indicating a certain condition within the lungs. Hope this helps! ;o)
