He is now 4 days out from his left arthroscopic partial medial meniscectomy, where had probably had a bucket handle tear and debridement of loose cartilage in the trochlea, where he had a 2 cm x 1 cm lesion in the midportion with good _______ s/l shoulders, and an area where he had undoubtedly impacted the bucket handle tear tear anteriorly and had a few loose flaps of cartilage that we debrided.


I'm too tired of typing to try to think of what this word really should be.  any suggestions?

Hello!  Doc is prescribing what sounds like canula three positioning maneuvers' sheet to review.  Any clue what canula could be?  I know of Cawthorne exercises for vertigo, but he is definitely not saying that.

The very last term seems to be at the end of the EYES subheading as well. I can't make it out.

Doctor spells it as "Zlopapine"  ;o)  I have looked at generic ambien, zolpidem and do not think an insomnia drug would work.  I have had this drug come up in a couple different reports as well and it's driving me crazy that I can't find it.  I have tried Z and X beginnings.  Thanks for any help!

He states that he has lightheaded sensation and vertigo on change of position of the head, whether it is __ or with orthostatic positional changes.  (Later in dictation, doc says "His dizziness is associated with head position.  However, it is both with head turning side to side, as well as orthostasis.", so the word seems to be related to the turning head maybe??)
