I put risomelic in the note, but when I did a spell-check the spelling was rhizomelic (facial dysmorphism).

Not all words would get the extra t. I think it depends on the vowels that precede the t. Getting, not geting. Sitting, not siting. Beating, for example, is an exception. My bad.

Actually we are in some cases responsible for the content. It is the opinion of a nurse friend of mine that we shouldn't be since we are not in the chain of responsibility. However, when a doctor dictates Synthroid 100 mg do you type what he says? What if the BP is 210/100 and he says hypotension. We don't type that if we don't want a poor audit and in some people's cases, poor audits equal pay cuts. So yes we are responsible for pertinent medical content. In my opinion if a doctor says something rude or ignorant, leave a blank and let him type it or rethink what he said.

Actually I have seen it spelled that way in my old Eye Dictionary, but Sted's has synophrys so I will correct spelling to that.

This is not direct specifically at you. I wish everyone would quit being so darn picky in these forums. We are all tired and just needing help on the question. We are all typing without spell check in this program which we are all very accustom to relying on. Give us all a break....and yes...I am SURE that I have a typo in here and don't care. This is where we come for support, not correction.
