anterior chain adenopathy?
Subject: anterior chain adenopathy?

The doc is stating "he has mild anterior chain adenopathy" ( it sounds like that!) but she does not give any headings for her PE --just rattles off comments for each one, so I am wondering where this goes. Any suggestions? What I have found so far may indicate NECK, but am not sure.

Thanks!

He says:
1. Thrombocytopenia.
2. Hepatic cirrhosis. For both (I think that's what he says) we will await her visits with blah blah blah.

Thank you for the suggestion though, it made me think. She has visits for both the thrombocytopenia and the hepatic cirrhosis. So I'm pretty sure he's saying both. It threw me off since he numbered them. ESLs get me everytime! Thank you again@
