There is no s/l no and no fracture-dislocation

of the bony abnormalities. The joint spaces are unremarkable. There is s/l non and no bony destruction noted.
Any idea what the no and no might be?

The patient has a shoulder SLAP tear with _____ glenoid cyst formation.
All I can tell you is that the blank starts with an "S" and MAY sound like sphenoglenoid but not real sure. Any ideas? This is an ESL and he is awful!
