This was a guess there was nothing to go on so I have no idea if this is the correct word, you need to look for clues in your text.  "smile"

... this is too much  Years ago I used to work for a microfilming company, where they microfilmed medical records.  I was working on MP cards from the late 1980s/early 1990s and came across a doctor named Dr. Slaughter -- I thought no way would this guy be my doctor.

Patient has nausea and vomiting, and dictator is ESL. I've been doing radiology, so I can't believe I can't find this when it sounds so familiar. Grr.

Subject: Oh my goodness. Cut the girl a break.

She's new.  She's already stated that.  She's trying to do a good job.  I don't think the answer is to kick someone when they are down.  She probably has received very resourceful information here as most are willing to help newbies.  Give the girl a chance!   She's not asking a s/l or asking the board to take her test for her, she's just feeling a little frustrated.

that the doctor will use a dye or ink of some kind to mark a spot where they remove a polyp or see something, so that they can locate the area more readily on followup.

there must be two openings in the nasal cavity.  Ostium means opening.  Meatus means opening also.  So if it is as you say, then ostium (opening) meatal (opening) complex is what you are referring to.   Plus that, there is no such word as ostio.

I was referring to the osteum (bone) and meatus (opening) or the osteomeatal complex of the nose.

Just guessing here, but first sentence might be uterus normal tone, size and position.  Second sentence - about *____ dilated, should probably be  a number, not "already"  Uterus was sounded to 10 cm.   Sorry, can't help with the next sentence.

Rad as the unit of radiation, and cm2 as the area of application.

But again, I don't know. Maybe someone can verify or deny that guess.
