Past Medical History: Hypertension.

Past Surgical History: Arthroscopy of right knee.

Allergies: Demerol and Penicillin. (bold usually)

Review of Symptoms:
Cardiovascular: History of hytension.

GI: No problems.
GU: No problems.

Musculoskeletal: As stated in HPI.

Neurologic: No disorders.

Hematologic: No disorders.
