That's not a combination I'm familiar with, but with context you can probably figure them out at this abbreviation website:

I just found VFFTC on there as I couldn't remember it and was having a major brain cramp. Always remember if it sounds like "B" it could be "V" and check both.

This site has helped me out a lot with those docs that like to abbreviate everything.

I actually had one doc that dictated, as fast as he could talk, under physical exam, WDWNLAM with no clue as to what part of the PE he was getting at. It took me a minute to realize he was abbrieviating "well developed, well nourished Latin American Male."

It shows HCT to also mean hydrochlorothiazide. And Diovan HCT is the actual brand name, so just transcribe it like that.

Trying to find some good references for EMG test results/terminology, have spent a lot of time Googling with no really good sites showing up yet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

NWMNMT:Good grief, good grief, good grief..If this is the case, the doctor should also explain
Subject: NWMNMT:Good grief, good grief, good grief..If this is the case, the doctor should also explain

the meaning in an ADDENDUM.
How do you know what the doctor meant? GOOD GRIEF, are you the know-it-all (hyphens must be put here, as it is used as a noun!) on this board? Get over yourself!

Who understands what it means without an explanation?
The MOST obvious is apparently like I understood it:
5 packs in 1 year.

Maybe the doctor really meant this, 5 packs per year, so essentially a nonsmoker.

GOOD GRIEF, get over yourself!
