DIAGNOSIS: LISFRANC INJURY, RIGHT FOOT

Evaluation of the foot shows well-healing incisions. There is no hypersensitivity distally. His sensation is intact. There is S/L no mild lateral loading tenderness on today’s examination. He has full range of motion as compared to the contralateral side.

I was also unsure about the mild lateral loading tenderness. Any ideas on that?

Thanks so much.
