Hmm...Zanaflex is muscle relaxant SM

it comes in 2 mg and 4 mg dosages.  I don't know for sure if it would be used for arthritis pain.

Celebrex and Zanaflex. 


Sometimes people take Skelaxin in day and Zanaflex at night etc.

Just guessing tho without any other info to go on.
Pt with headaches could use s/l "proganolin", Keppra, and Zanaflex

Other medications that have recently been described with new daily persistent headache include Namenda, Singulair, Keppra, Proganolin, and Zanaflex. 
There's Zanaflex for pain. Try drugs.com and see if that helps any.

Patient reinjured his shoulder and doc is dictating "shoulder shows well-healed scars, some mild s/l de saturary of his deltoid."  Any clue for the s/l?  It is not dehiscence.
